夏克-哈特曼波前传感器光斑自动精确定位

         

摘要

为了在提高夏克-哈特曼波前探测精度的同时扩大波前测量的动态范围,提出一种基于高斯模板匹配选取光斑质心探测窗口的方法。根据传感器的参数确定模板尺寸,利用N维空间正态分布方程生成高斯模板,进行模板与图像匹配,根据模板与匹配子图的相似度确定光斑质心探测窗口。通过对仿真和实际采样阵列光斑图像的实验,验证了该方法的可行性,相对于投影法探测质心的标准差降低65.6%,波前重构误差减小48.5%,能够实现夏克-哈特曼波前传感器光斑的自动精确定位,提高其波前探测精度的同时扩大波前测量的动态范围。%An selecting of the spot centroid detection window method is proposed on the basis of Gaussian template matching for expanding dynamic range of wavefront measurement while improving the Shack-Hartmann wavefront detec-tion accuracy. The parameters of the sensor ensure template size, the use of N dimension normal distribution equation generation gauss template, proceeding to make template and image match;the similarity of the template and matching subgraph ensure the spot centroid detection window. The results of the simulation and actual sampling array spot image experiment show that this method is more effective, compared with projection method, the standard deviation of cen-troid detection can decrease by 65.6%, wavefront reconstruction error can reduce by 48.5%. The accuracy auto position for spot of the Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor can be realized and dynamic range of wavefront measurement can be expanded while improving the wavefront detection accuracy.
