双波段红外摄远物镜设计

         

摘要

红外双波段成像系统以其全天候环境适应和抗干扰能力,以及双波段信息量互补等特性,在科技以及军事领域获得了广泛应用。本文分析了红外光学系统的结构形式和红外材料的特性,应用ZEMAX光学软件设计了一个焦距为200mm,F数为3,2ω=7.04°的双波段红外摄远物镜。利用像差平衡理论,在设计过程中通过非球面的使用解决了红外双波段摄远物镜的像差校正问题,极大地改善了成像质量。在截止频率为17lp/mm时,长波红外各视场的MTF值均大于0.3,中波红外各视场的MTF值均大于0.5。系统结构紧凑、性价比高,满足了设计要求。%Infrared dual-band imaging system, with its all-weather environmental adaptation capability, anti-jamming capability,and dual-band information complementing features,had been used widely in science and technology and mili-tary fields. In this paper,the structure of infrared optical system and properties of infrared materials were analyzed;An infrared dual-band waveband telephoto lens was designed by applying optical design software ZEMAX,that focal length was 200 mm;F# is 3;2ω=7.04°. In the course of design,the image quality was greatly improved through the use of one aspherical surface by using the aberration balance theory. At cut-off frequency of 17lp/mm,the MTF curve of in-frared long-wave is greater than 0.3 for every field and the MTF curve of infrared medium-wave is greater than 0.5 for every field. And the systems was compact;cost-effective;and meet the design requirements.
