氙灯模拟太阳光谱滤光片的研制

         

摘要

通常太阳模拟器选用大功率短弧氙灯来模拟太阳光,但氙灯光谱在近红外波段区域与真实的太阳光谱存在差异,根据光谱差异的大小,通过选择合适的薄膜材料并采用真空镀膜的方法,研制出0.3~2.5μm波段范围的光学滤光片,对短弧氙灯光谱进行了校正,把波长在0.8~1.1μm之间偏离太阳光谱的辐射次峰滤掉,校正后的光谱辐照分布接近太阳光谱,其辐照匹配度符合AM1.5太阳光谱的A级匹配标准.%High-power and short arc xenon lamp was used to simulate solar spectrum for solar simulator usually. But there are the spectral differences between xenon lamp and the sun in Near-infrared band. According to the differences of the spectrum, a range of 0.3 ~ 2.5μm-band optical filter is developed by choosing the appropriate film material and using vacuum coating methods. Short arc xenon lamp spectrum was corrected. The deviation of secondary peak radiation between the wavelength of 0.8 ~1.1μm from the solar spectrum was filtered. The corrected spectral irradiance distribution is close to the solar spectrum. Irradiation matching degree accords with the grade A matching criteria of AM1.5 solar spectrum.
