Electronic medical record is the inevitable trend of modern management of hospital.electronic medical records system function specifications (try out) which was issued by the ministry of health in 2010 is more to promote the development of the electronic medical records, therefore designment and development of the hospital information system is of great significance.The main aim of this paper is to design and develop a complete set of the hospital information management system The system was designed based on Windows development platform, and oracle 9.0 for the backend database, power builder for the front desk development tool. After testing, The system is running well, and has been used in many hospitals.%电子病历是医院现代化管理的必然趋势,卫生部2010年颁发的《电子病历系统功能规范(试行)》更加促进了电子病历的发展.因此医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)的设计与开发具有重大的意义.本文研究的主要内容是设计、开发一套完整的医院信息管理系统,并针对《电子病历系统功能规范》中的要求重点设计了病案管理子系统,用于病人病案的查询以及修改痕迹保存.整个系统的设计基于windows开发平台,oracle 9.0为后台数据库,power builder为前台开发工具.经过测试,系统运行良好,已推广到多家医院,获得众多医务工作者的好评.
