采用Na2O-B2O3-SiO2玻璃,经分相、酸溶清洗后,得到高硅氧孔径可控的纳米多孔玻璃(CPG),CPG的孔径为50nm~100nm,同时研究了分相温度、分相时间对孔径的影响.%Nanoporous-controllecl pore glass (CPG) was obtained through the phase separation and acid washing using the glass of Na2O-B2O3-SiO2, The diameter of pores is about 50~100nm.The temperature and time of the phase sepa-ration were studied at the same time.
