基于SG3525汽车电涡流缓速器控制系统设计

         

摘要

提出一种基于脉宽调制(PWM)的电子式控制器的简便设计方法.该控制器主要是基于SG3525、LM2917与TLP250设计.利用SG3525的PWM控制功能,通过调节驱动脉宽的占空比实现缓速器涡流强度控制,同时结合LM2917的频压转换功能,实现在低速下控制器具有限刺制动功能.整个控制系统具有随制动档位增大,对应的制动强度增强的功能,且能提供电涡流缓速最大1195W的制动功率.同时具有5km/h的低速限制功能.并对该系统进行了实验,最后给出了实验数据.%In this paper, the electronic controller design method of based on pulse-width modulation (PWM) .The controller circuit is mainly made by SG3525, LM2917 and TLP250. Using the SG3525 PWM controlling fuction, it controls the swirl retarder's strength by adjusting the driven pulse width duty cycle, and achieves the low speed limit braking fuction by the LM2917 voltage frequency conversion fuction.the control system has the feature that the strength of braking increases with increasing the bake stall. It may provide eddy current retarders the most 1195W braking power contantly, and 5km/h low-speed limited. And the system is experimental, experimental data are given at last.
