基于BP网络微位移传感器误差修正研究

         

摘要

对微位移传感器非线性误差的修正存在诸多问题,该误差是提高微位移传感器测量精度的“瓶颈”.本文介绍了用神经网络校正传感器系统非线性误差的原理和方法,提出了基于BP神经网络传感器非线性误差校正对测量数据进行修正.修正结果表明该方法是准确有效的,而且网络结构简单,准确度高.%There are many problems about errors correction of micro-displacement sensor, which are so difficulty that we could not be skill in improving the precise of micro-displacement sensor . The principle and the methods for correcting the nonlinear errors of the sensor system with a neural network are introduced . Nonlinear errors correction of sensors based on BP neural network, which include its model, algorithm and realized techniques are presented.The results of computer simulations illustrate that not only the inverse modeling based on BP neural network can compensate the effect of the nonlinearity, but also the construction of the neural network is simple and the precision is good..
