At present, there is a trend that more attention to theory is paid rather than practice in the process of teaching in local colle -ges which set up cultural industry management course .Due to the lack of effective teaching practice path and the teaching staff practice ability, the training of the students′ability can not meet the requirements of application type .This paper discusses how to construct an effective mechanism of highlighting industry characteristics , combine the practical teaching with the industry projects and introduce the industry standard and the enterprise standard to teaching .At the same time, it reflects the teaching process and pays attention to the configuration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching .%目前开设文化产业管理课程的地方高校在教学过程中或多或少都存在着重理论轻实践的倾向。由于缺乏有效的实践教学路径、师资队伍实践能力等原因，学生行业能力的培养尚无法达到应用型人才的要求。故本文探讨如何构建突出行业特色的高效机制，将实践教学与行业项目结合，将行业标准和企业标准引入教学。同时，对教学过程进行反思，尤其关注理论与实践教学时间配置的问题。
