In today＇s world the Society Economic is complicated and impacted mainly by the Nation-state. The academics, who are used to explain things by the way of western logical thinking, agree that the Nation-state had been formed after the Nationalism. In fact, it＇s difficult to totally comprehend the Nation-state formation just from the standpoint of Ethnology. This paper will analyze the course of history of Nation-state formation with the Marxism opinion, and conclude the two factors with subjectively and objectively. Besides the one reason of Society Economic construction, this paper mentions the culture factor as for supplemental instruction. So, the Nation-state formation needs muhidisciplinary and multi theory support, and is worth to he researched.%对于民族国家的形成，学界一致认为是在民族主义运动之后产生，并习惯用西方的逻辑思维解释这一过程。事实上，仅从民族学的角度出发难以对其形成过程构成完整认识。文章采用唯物史观对民族国家形成的这一历史过程进行剖析，对于这一漫长过程仔细梳理，认为其形成包括主客观两个方面因素，除了政治经济的建构外，也包括文化因素的补充。对于民族国家形成，需要多学科多理论的支撑，是个学界值得研究的课题。
