According to the requirements and goal of training program of ″Excellence Program″,and with focus on the characteristics of Electric Control and PLC curriculum and the existed problems in the teaching process,we present reform measures from several aspects including the teaching contents,the teach-ing methods,practice and assessment methods,and implement them in the teaching process. Practice shows that after these reforms,the learning initiative and practicing abilities of the students have been well improved with good results.%根据“卓越计划”的培养要求和目标，针对“电气控制与PLC”课程的特点及教学过程中存在的问题，从教学内容、教学方式方法、实践环节以及课程考核方式等几方面提出了改革措施，并实施在教学过程中。教学实践表明，学生学习的主动性和动手能力得到了提高，取得了良好的效果。
