The practice of regional economic development show that, the development of industrial cluster is conducive to economic growth, and enhance competitive level of a region, and industrial undertaking is an effective way to develop industry cluster in undeveloped areas. This article through to empirical analysis on the relationship of industrial undertaking and industrial cluster in original Chaohu , proves industrial undertaking promote effective development of industrial clusters, and gives a conclusion that industrial undertaking will produce difference function in different industry, and proposes industrial undertaking of underdeveloped areas according to local characteristics to selectively undertake to promote development of the local leading industry and economic.%区域经济发展实践表明,产业集群的发展有利于地区经济增长、增强地区竞争力水平,而承接产业转移是发展欠发达地区产业集群的有效途径。本文通过对原巢湖市产业承接与产业集群关系进行实证分析,验证了承接产业转移能够推动产业集群的有效发展,并认为产业承接会在不同的产业产生差异性作用的结论,最后提出欠发达地区承接产业转移要根据地方特点有选择地承接,更好地推动地方主导产业和经济的发展。
