钠基固硫剂在低阶煤中的固硫机理研究

         

摘要

在低阶煤中对NaHCO3的燃烧固硫作用进行了考察,并以弱黏煤为主要研究对象,进一步考察了不同NaHCO3添加量及燃烧温度下弱黏煤的燃烧固硫率,并对 NaHCO3的固硫机理进行了分析和讨论.研究发现,NaHCO3的最适固硫温度为900℃,且随着Na/S比的增大,燃烧固硫率逐渐提高,当Na/S比为2.0时,燃烧固硫率和Na基固硫剂利用率分别为90.57% 和65.83%,效果最好.结合XRD和TG-MS表征分析表明,NaHCO3固硫机制的反应历程为NaHCO3→ Na2CO3→ Na2SO3→ Na2SO4.%This study investigated NaHCO3effects on combustion sulfur retention in low rank coal. The sulfur fixation efficiency of NaHCO3in weakly caking coal under different conditions was studied and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the optimal sulfur-fixing temperature of NaHCO3is 900 ℃, and the combustion sulfur-fixing rate gradually increases with the increase of Na/S ratio. When the Na/S is 2, the rate of sulfur-fixing and the utilization rate of Na based sorbents are 90.57% and 65.83%, respectively. Further XRD and TG-MS characterization show that the sulfur fixation process of NaHCO3is NaHCO3→Na2CO3→Na2SO3→Na2SO4.
