泡沫分离回收水溶液中高浓度CTAB的工艺

         

摘要

泡沫分离技术是回收水溶液中表面活性剂的一种有效方法。然而当表面活性剂浓度接近或者超过其临界胶束浓度(CMC)时,富集比会迅速下降。因此研究了温度与椭球塔共同作用强化排液的泡沫分离回收水溶液中高浓度表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)。结果表明在温度60℃、气体流量100 mL⋅min−1、装液量300 mL的条件下,CTAB溶液浓度为3.1 g⋅L−1时,富集比为7.03,开发的两级泡沫分离工艺降低了残液中CTAB浓度从而增加回收率至99.8%,消泡液和残液浓度分别为21.8 g⋅L−1和0.031 g⋅L−1。%Foam separation is an effective technology to recover surfactants from aqueous solutions. However, surfactant enrichment ratios decrease rapidly when the surfactant concentration is equal to or more than its critical micelle concentration (CMC). The synergic effects of temperature and a column with vertical ellipsoid-shaped foam channel (VEC)(for intensifying foam drainage in foam separation)were studied to recover high concentration cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) from its aqueous solution. When studied under conditions of temperature 60℃, volumetric air flow rate 100 mL⋅min−1, liquid loading volume 300 mL and CTAB concentration 3.1 g⋅L−1, CTAB enrichment ratio of 7.03 can be obtained. A two-stage foam separation technology was developed to decrease the CTAB concentration in the residual solution and increase the recovery percentage to 99.8%, and the CTAB concentration in the residual solution and foamate are 0.031 g⋅L−1 and 21.8 g⋅L−1, respectively. Therefore, this technology can be used to effectively recover CTAB and other surfactants from their aqueous solutions.
