Chiral ionic liquids have properties of negligible vapor pressure, good thermal stability, adjustable structure and chiral recognition ability, which attract widespread attention in recent years for their outstanding performance as chiral selector in enantiomers separation. This review summarizes the application of chiral ionic liquids in liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, gas chromatography and liquid-liquid extraction. Furthermore, separation mechanism and limitation are discussed with prospects forecasted.%手性离子液体作为离子液体家族的重要一员,不仅拥有蒸汽压低、热稳定性好、较好的结构可调性等优良性能,同时具备较高的手性识别能力,近年来受到国内外学者的密切关注,将其作为手性选择剂广泛应用于对映体拆分领域,展现出良好的效果。针对近年来手性离子液体在液相色谱、毛细管电泳、气相色谱、液液萃取等领域对映体拆分方面的研究进展进行综述,对其拆分机理进行比较分析,指出现阶段手性离子液体在对映体拆分应用中存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
