尼龙6/66/510热熔胶合成与性能的研究

         

摘要

Nylon 6/66 and nylon 6/66/510 (containing 5%~20%(mol) nylon-510) were synthesized via a hot melting method. The effects of mole fraction of nylon-510 (Xm) on the thermal and mechanical properties of nylon 6/66/510 were systematically studied. The results demonstrate that: (1) when Xm increases, the melting point of the copolyamides decreases from 167.3℃to 126.9℃, and their glass transition temperatures decrease from 46.7℃to 24.3℃;(2) the tensile strength of nylon 6/66/510 remains almost unchanged and is almost equal to that of nylon 6/66;the elongation at break of nylon 6/66/510 is significantly higher than that of nylon 6/66. The adhesion of nylon 6/66/510 onto aluminum sheet with low-surface-energy coating was studied, and the results show that the peeling strength of nylon 6/66/510 reaches a maximum value when Xm=15%(mol), which indicates that nylon 6/66/510 is more suitable for adhesion of metal plates with low-surface-energy coatings.%通过熔融共聚法合成了尼龙6/66和尼龙6/66/510热熔胶,在尼龙510含量(Xm)为0%~20%(mol),考察了尼龙6/66/510的热性质和力学性的变化规律。结果表明:(1)随着Xm的增大,尼龙6/66/510的熔点从167.3℃下降至126.9℃,玻璃化转变温度从46.7℃下降至24.3℃;(2)尼龙6/66/510的拉伸强度基本上保持恒定,且与尼龙6/66几乎相等,而其断裂伸长率较尼龙6/66有明显提高。运用低表面能涂层铝板对该热熔胶进行了剥离强度实验,结果发现,当Xm=15%(mol)时,尼龙6/66/510热熔胶的剥离强度达到最大值,表明尼龙510含量为15%(mol)的尼龙6/66/510热熔胶更适用于低表面能涂层金属板的黏结。
