离子液体微波辅助萃取柽柳中芦丁的研究

         

摘要

以[Bmin]Br、[Bmim]BF4、[Hmim]Br、[Hmim]BF4离子液体为萃取溶剂,微波辅助萃取柽柳中的芦丁.对离子液体微波辅助萃取柽柳中芦丁的条件进行了优化,并与回流提取、超声萃取方法进行了比较.优化得到的提取条件为:以[Bmin]Br溶液为萃取溶剂,离子液体浓度V乙醇/V[Bmim]Br为7;萃取时间9 min;微波功率600W;液固比50;萃取1次,在上述条件下,芦丁的萃取得率为0.0756%.实验证明离子液体微波辅助萃取法可用于复杂样品中有效成分的萃取.%Applying the ionic liquids, [Bmim]Br, [Bmim]BF4, [Hmim]Br, [Hmim]BF4, as solvents, the microwave-assisted solvent extraction of rutin from Tamarix Chinensis were investigated, and the influences of extraction parameters on the extraction yield were discussed. The optimal operating conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of turin with ionic liquid as solvent was obtained as follows: the suitable solvent used is [Bmin]Br with concentration of Vethanol/V[Bmin]Br=7, the extraction time is 9 rain and the microwave power used is 600 W. The proposed extraction method was compared with other extraction methods, and the results show that, using the microwave-assisted solvent extraction with ionic liquid, the yield of extracted rutin from Tamarix chinensis is 0.0756% which is 102.4% and 1.1% higher than that of the ultrasonic extraction and heat reflux extraction, respectively. The experimental results indicate that the ionic liquid extraction assisted with microwave can be used effectively for the extraction of effective components from the complex samples.
