Objective:To identify Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule. Methods:Thin layer chromatography was used to identify nodakenin of Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and gentiopicroside of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule.Results:Thin layer chromatography results showed that the spots were fairly clear, the separation and Rf value were satisfactory.Conclusions:The method in this study that identify Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule is simple and accurate, and has better practicality.%目的：建立颈复康颗粒中羌活、秦艽的鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对颈复康颗粒方中羌活、秦艽所含紫花前胡苷、龙胆苦苷进行定性鉴别。结果：斑点清晰，分离度理想，各斑点Rf值适中。结论：本研究中用于鉴别颈复康颗粒中羌活和秦艽的方法操作简便、准确，具有较好的实用性。
