Each year,many students majored in costume design graduate from colleges and universities and should meet the demand for costume designers of garment enterprises quantitatively.But many enterprises are not satisfied with the graduates and looking for good designers while designers are looking for the development space and making difficult choices between dream and reality,which is connected with the present situation of clothing industry in China and also related to the modern design education system.Clothing educators and everyone in garment industry should think about this problem.
