低温热解煤焦油粗酚精馏的初步研究与模拟计算

         

摘要

以低温煤焦油碱洗提取的粗酚为对象,设计了4塔连续精馏工艺,并利用Aspen Plus软件对精馏过程进行初步模拟计算.通过简化组分、选择合适物性方法、DSTWU模型估算参数、RADFRAC模型严格计算,得到了连续精馏的工艺参数.在进料量为100kmol/h,冷凝器10 kPa,再沸器30kPa的压力下,4塔的塔板数分别为50、32、55、50,回流比分别为14.24、10.99、10.04、15.44,塔顶馏出量分别为15.168、16.795、31.059、17.577 kmol/h,得到塔顶产品质量纯度分别为苯酚95%(回收率95.0%)、邻甲酚95%(回收率94.1%)、间甲酚83%(回收率93.2%)、2,4-二甲酚74%(回收率97.8%).得到的精馏工艺参数可以为粗酚精馏的实验和设计提供参考.%A preliminary simulation of rectifying crude phenol with four columns was presented using Aspen Plus. The crude phenol was recovered from low temperature coal-tar by alkali lye. Parameters of the continuous distillation process were obtained by simplifying the components, choosing an appropriate property method, simulating with DSTWU and RADFRAC models. The results of simulation show that, under the conditions of 100 kmol/h total flow, 10 kPa condenser pressure, and 30 kPa reboiler pressure, the numbers of stages, reflux ratios, distillate rates were 50,14.24,15.168 kmol/h ;32,10.99,16.795 kmol/h ;55,10.04,31. 059 kmol/h ;50,15.44,17.577 kmol/h for each column.Furthermore,the mass purity and recovery were 95% and 95.0% ,95% and 94.1% ,83% and 93.2% ,74% and 97.8% for phenol,o-cresel,m-cresol,2,4-xylenol respectively. It could provide reference for the experiments and design of crude phenol distillation.
