基于动子附加绕组的隐极式永磁直线同步电动机的功率角测量

         

摘要

For the indistinctive salient pole effect of non-salient pole PMLSM, a new method based on the additional high-frequency windings of mover was presented to detect the power angle for the non-salient pole PMLSM. By analyzing the basic structure and working principle of PMLSM, the relationship equation between power angle and mover position angle was derived and the mover position angle detection mathematical formula was obtained based on the additional high-frequency windings of mover. The results show that this method can detect the power angle of non-salient pole PMLSM in a wide speed range,including zero-speed. In addition ,the detection system proposed has the advantages of simple structure,low cost, high precision and quick response and it is suitable for long stroke servosystem and transportation system drived by non-salient pole PMLSM in particular.%针对隐极式永磁直线同步电动机凸极效应不明显(Ld≈Lq)的特点,提出了基于动子附加高频绕组的隐极式永磁直线同步电动机的功率角测量新方法.在对永磁直线同步电动机基本结构和工作原理分析基础上,推导出了该电机的功率角与动子位置角的关系方程,建立了基于动子附加高频绕组的动子位置角测量数学公式.实验表明,该方法能实现包括零速在内全速度范围内永磁直线同步电动机功率角的测量,具有结构简单、价格低廉、使用方便、响应速度快、测量精度高等优点,特别适宜于由三相交流永磁直线同步电动机驱动的长行程伺服系统或运输系统.
