低浓度瓦斯在泡沫陶瓷内过焓燃烧的实验研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem that a large amount of methane with low concentration can not be utilized at present,a combustion experimental system was set up and a series of experiments were conducted for the properties of excess-enthalpy combustion of low concentration methane in ceramic foams. The lean flammability limit, the velocity ranges of flame propagation and pollutant emissions were obtained. The results show that methane with concentration less than 5 % by volume, the lean flammability limit for free flame combustion of methane, can be burned by means of excess-enthalpy combustion with high efficiency and low pollutant emission, and the lean flammability limit can be expanded to 4% by volume below.%为了解决我国煤炭开采过程中大量低浓度抽放瓦斯在现有技术条件下无法直接利用的问题,设计搭建了低浓度瓦斯燃烧实验系统,对低浓度瓦斯在泡沫陶瓷内过焓燃烧贫燃极限扩展方法与特性开展了研究,得到了煤矿低浓度瓦斯过焓燃烧的贫燃极限、火焰传播速度范围、污染排放特性.研究表明:低浓度矿井瓦斯在甲烷浓度小于5%时仍然可以在泡沫陶瓷内稳定燃烧,具有较高的燃烧效率和低污染排放特性;贫燃极限可以进一步扩展到4%以下.
