Persist in the people-centrism,never forget where we start,endow the Party with new functions,speak of communism righteously,draw spiritual nutrition from excellent tradition culture,and firm the ideal and faith by cultural self-confidence;treat the work of party building as the biggest achievement,pay attention to the "critical carrier" of intra-party political life and the "critical minority" of high-rank cadres,master the new requirements of democratic centralization,and enhance the political nature,the battle effectiveness and the creativity of party organizations;improve party style by the self-revolution spirit,advocate a new style of governance by excellent family trait,promote the routinization of style building,and build up a new party-mass relationship and the party-mass community of fate.The biggest risk faced by the Party is corruption.The principle of no restriction,all coverage and zero tolerance should be upheld in fighting corruption,so as to solve the dilemma of supervision coming along with the long-term rule of one single party.Coordinate and boost the governance of the country according to law and the governance of the Party according to party discipline.Implement governance according to the Constitution,set forth party discipline stricter than law,and promote the modernization of state governance system through modernization of intra-party governance.%党的十八大以来,习近平对马克思主义党建理论的新发展主要体现在:坚持以人民为中心、不忘初心,赋予党的功能新定位,理直气壮讲共产主义,从优秀传统文化中汲取精神营养,依靠文化自信坚定理想信念;把抓好党建作为最大的政绩,抓住党内政治生活"关键载体"和高级干部"关键少数",把握民主集中制新要求,增强党组织的政治性、战斗性和创造性;以自我革命精神改进党风,以优良家风带动执政新风,推进作风建设常态化,构建新型的党群关系和党群命运共同体.党面临的最大风险是腐败,坚持反腐败无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍,破解一党长期执政面临的监督难题.统筹推进依法治国与依规治党,依宪执政、纪严于法,以党内治理现代化推动国家治理体系现代化.
