The reasons of Jinggangshan revolutionary struggles base area created successfully are many-sided, including the climatic factors of Jiang Jieshi stepping down,Ning-Han scrimmage,the geographical factors of Hunan-Kiangsi border area located in the mountains,the enemy weak rule strengths,as well as the correct de-cision made by leadership headed by Mao Zedong in the political,economic and military aspects,besides,build-ing good human relations is also one important reason,that has realized the crucial factor of unity with people. The unity with people during Jinggangshan revolutionary struggles period was embodied in five aspects including the unity of armed forces,the unity of military and political leaders,the unity of officers and soldiers,the unity of army and civil,the unity of inhabitants and immigrants. Building the unity with people environments during Jing-gangshan revolutionary struggles period has a certain enlightening role on creating social cohesion and co-con-struct a harmonious society in the new era.%井冈山革命根据地能够得以成功创建的原因是多方面的，除了蒋介石下野、宁汉混战的天时，湘赣边界地处深山、敌人统治力量薄弱的地利，加上以毛泽东为首的领导人在政治、经济、军事方面的正确决策以外，良好人际关系的营造也是重要的原因之一，也就是还有“人和”这一关键因素。井冈山斗争时期的“人和”具体体现在武装力量之“和”、将相之“和”、官兵之“和”、军民之“和”、土客籍之“和”五个方面。井冈山斗争时期“人和”环境的营造对新时期凝聚社会力量、共建和谐社会具有一定的启示作用。
