针对多式联运智能派单优化问题,充分利用云平台人工智能技术和大数据的优势,设计多式联运派单策略的总体思路、流程及原则,并将"多对多"多式联运派单优化问题从货物集货、干线运输和货物配送的视角,分解成三个阶段的两大类车辆路径优化问题,货物集货和配送阶段属于有时间窗的多车辆多车型的车辆路径优化问题,干线运输属于多式联运路径优化问题.以最小化运输成本为优化目标,采用正向分析问题、逆向求解问题的策略生成相应的派单方案.最后,通过算例分析验证模型及求解策略的可行性及有效性.%To optimize the intelligent dispatching for multimodal transportation,a dispatching strategy based on artificial intelligence technology and big data was developed,which included the general ideas,processes and principles.This optimization was divided into three stages:from the perspective of goods pick up,trunk line transportation and goods delivery.Stage one and stage three belong to heterogeneous fleet vehicle routing prob-lem with time window,while stage two belongs to multimodal transportation optimization problem.The model sought to minimize the total transportation cost and generate dispatching solutions through the strategy of for-ward analysis and reverse solving.Finally,the validity of the model was verified through the case study.On the basis of theoretical research and practice,the intelligent operation and development of multimodal transporta-tion can be promoted.
