严寒地区高速铁路无砟轨道路基冻胀管理标准的研究

         

摘要

以哈大高速铁路路基冻胀监测数据为基础,分析了严寒地区高速铁路无砟轨道路基冻胀特点,提出了冻胀波形特征及表征方式。建立了路基冻胀变形与 CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道不平顺传递计算模型,计算分析了路基冻胀对轨道不平顺及无砟轨道结构的影响规律。分析结果表明:路基冻胀上拱变形在波长20 m 以内时,传递到无砟轨道轨面的不平顺波长增大、峰值接近,可以采用轨道不平顺管理标准作为路基冻胀的控制标准;在波长40 m 以内时,对底座板和轨道板的离缝及受力影响显著,能够根据离缝控制标准和轨道板与底座板产生裂缝特性确定对应冻胀波长和峰值的管理值。从而将轨道不平顺和无砟轨道结构伤损控制所对应的冻胀波长与峰值结合起来,并考虑扣件与坡度调整等维修方式,提出严寒地区高速铁路无砟轨道路基冻胀管理标准的确定方法。%Based on the monitoring data of subgrade frost heaving on Harbin-Dalian high speed railway and the analysis of the characteristics of frost heaving of ballastless track subgrade in severe cold regions,this paper put forward the features and characterization of waveform of frost heaving.Moreover,the paper established the calculation model for the transmission from subgrade frost heaving deformation to irregularity of CRTSⅠ type slab track,to figure out and analyze the influence of subgrade frost heaving on track irregularity and structure of ballastless track.From the analysis,it can be concluded that when the wavelength of frost heaving induced subgrade arching deformation was less than 20 m,the irregularity wavelength transmitted to the surface of the ballastless track increased,and the track irregularity peak and frost heaving deformation peak were close.In this case,management standards for track irregularity can be used as the control standards for subgrade frost heaving.The wavelength of frost heaving induced subgrade arching deformation,if less than 40 m,had signifi-cant impacts on the gaps and loads of base plate and track slab.In this case,the frost heaving deformation wave length and peak value can be determined according to the gap control standards and damage characteristics of track slab and base plate.Combining these ideas with maintenance measures such as fastening adjustment and down slope treatment,the paper proposed the determination method for management standards for frost heaving of ballastless track subgrade in severe cold areas.
