大跨度铁路钢箱梁斜拉桥索梁锚固结构疲劳性能试验研究

         

摘要

T he cable‐girder anchorage structure is one of the key mechanical components in the design of long span cable‐stayed bridge with steel box girder ,w here steel anchor box is usually applied in the cable‐girder an‐chorage structure .In this paper ,a study of a new type of steel anchor box was presented .The main stress components of this new design were welded with both the web and wind fairing plate of the main girder respec‐tively to form a double cantilever steel anchor box .The load transfer mechanism ,the stress distribution and the fatigue performance of this new type of anchor box under railway load condition were studied through com‐putational analysis and model test .The results indicated that the design of this cable‐girder anchorage structure featured reasonable design ,clear transfer mechanism of cable force and uniform stress distribution of the com‐ponents .The fatigue test results showed that ,with the unchanged mechanical properties of the double cantile‐ver steel anchor box that was subject to 2 million times of loading ,this anchorage structure showed excellent fatigue resistance performance and sufficient safety margin .%索梁锚固结构是大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥的关键受力构件之一,多采用锚箱式。本文研究的新型索梁钢锚箱,其主要受力构件分别与主梁边腹板和风嘴板焊接,形成双挑式索梁钢锚箱。采用计算分析与模型试验相结合的方法,对索梁钢锚箱在铁路荷载下的传力原理、应力分布以及疲劳性能进行研究。结果表明:该结构设计合理,索力传递方式明确,各板件应力分布较均匀。疲劳试验结果表明:双挑式索梁钢锚箱在铁路荷载200万次作用下,力学性能未发生改变,具有良好的抗疲劳性能和足够的安全储备。
