水泥乳化沥青砂浆短期蠕变特性试验与模型参数分析

         

摘要

In order to investigate the short-term creep performance of the cement and emulsified asphalt mortar (CA mortar),CA mortar cylinder samples from the field sampling were used and were tested on WDW Series electronic universal testing machine by using uniaxial static creep test.The creep performance of the CA mortar was simulated by using Burgers model and four-unit five-parameter model (modified Burgers model)on the ba-sis of experimental results.The influence of four-unit five-parameter model parameters on the creep process was analyzed.The results showed that the deformation of the creep of the CA mortar and creep stiffness modu-lus increased with the increase of loading stress.Both the Burgers model and the four-unit five-parameter mod-el can well reflect the creep performance of the CA mortar.The parameters of the four-unit-five-parameter model determined the initial position in creep process,the value of delayed elastic deformation,the bending ex-tent of the delayed elastic deformation curve,and the curve slope of viscous flow deformation.The evaluation of the viscoelastic properties of the CA mortar provides certain reference value to the mechanical analysis of slab ballastless track.%为研究水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA 砂浆)的短期蠕变特性,采用现场取样的 CA 砂浆圆柱体试件,在 WDW系列电子万能试验机上进行单轴静载蠕变试验。根据试验结果,采用 Burgers 模型和“四单元五参数”模型(修正的 Burgers 模型)描述 CA 砂浆的蠕变特征,分析“四单元五参数”模型参数对蠕变过程的影响。结果表明:随着荷载应力的增大,CA 砂浆的蠕变变形及蠕变劲度模量均随之增大;Burgers 模型与“四单元五参数”模型都能较好地反映 CA 砂浆的蠕变特性;“四单元五参数”模型的参数主要影响蠕变过程的初始位置、延迟弹性变形及其曲线的弯曲程度和黏性流动变形阶段的曲线斜率;考虑 CA 砂浆黏弹性特性对板式无砟轨道的力学分析具有一定的参考价值。
