城轨列车牵引逆变系统可靠性评估

         

摘要

High reliability of the traction inverter system is critical to safety and stability of train operation.In this paper,the reliability model of the traction inverter system was established by analyzing the damaging mechanism and failure mode of the key components of the traction inverter system and by conforming to the logical:calrelationship of the inverter system.The expressions of system reliability were obtained.The influ-ence of accumulated damages of different key components on system reliability was compared.The proposed method can be a good reference for the train reliability evaluation and maintenance.%通过分析牵引逆变系统关键器件的损伤机理和故障模式,并根据系统的逻辑关系,建立系统的可靠性模型,得出系统可靠性的表达式,并对比分析不同关键器件的累积损伤对系统可靠性的影响。该模型可为列车的可靠性评估及主动安全维修提供参考。
