CRTS Ⅱ型板式轨道台后锚固结构研究

         

摘要

CRTSⅡ型板式轨道采用摩擦板+主端刺形式的台后锚固结构.本文分析该锚固结构作用机理,指出摩擦板与底座板间摩擦力和土体阻力是保持锚固结构稳定的主要因素,提出锚固结构的两种失稳形式.在此基础上,提出台后锚固结构抗力计算方法,给出土体一般状态、极限抗剪状态和黏聚力丧失状态下土体阻力计算公式.应用提出的计算方法,分析倒T型主端刺锚固结构稳定性,指出底座板弹性模量折减存在的问题.开展现场试验,验证常用倒T型主端刺锚固结构在设计荷载下的安全稳定性,同时指出设计优化方向及填料存在的问题.%For Slab Track CRTS Ⅱ,the anchorage structure behind the abutment is used,which consists of the friction plate and main end spur.In this paper the acting mechanism of the anchorage structure was analyzed,the friction force between the friction plate and bottom slab and the resistance force of soil mass were pointed out to be the main factors to keep the anchorage structure stable,and two types of buckling forms of the anchorage structure were put forward.The method for calculating resistance forces of the anchorage structure behind the abutment was presented.The formula for calculating resistance forces of soil mass in its general state,ultimate shear state and cohesion loss state was given.By utilizing the above calculation methods,the stability of the anchorage structure with the inverted T type main end spur was analyzed and the defect with the decrease of the elastic modulus of bottom slab was pointed out.Field tests verify safety and stability of the commonly used anchorage structure with the inverted T type main end spur under designed loads and point out the direction of design optimization and disadvantage of filler.
