经济价值度是从经济角度评价专利的价值.专利价值的最终实现主要依靠市场的应用和检验,包括专利技术的实施、许可、转让、质押等不同形式.然而我国专利的应用比例偏低,导致了大量的科技浪费与闲置,专利价值也未能充分体现出来.为了合理挖掘专利价值,本研究以生物芯片领域专利(专利号ZL201010157733.8)出发,参考《专利价值分析指标体系》操作手册的经济价值度评估方法,并根据生物领域专利运营经验和生物产业的发展状况与行业特点,选取了市场应用情况、专利申请规模、专利占有率、竞争情况、政策适用性、专利权人能力、专利需求7个指标,详细分析待评价专利各个指标的所处级别,对其经济价值度进行合理判断,最后根据研究结果,总结出一套科学性较强、可操作性较高并适于吉林省地区专利经济价值度的通用评估方法.%Economic value evaluates the value of patents in economic view point. Patent value ultimately relies on the application and inspection of the market, including the implementation, license, transfer, pledge, and other different forms. However, the patent application rate is low in our country, which leads to many wasted and unused science and technology developments and the failure to reflect the patent value. To reasonably determine the value of a patent, it is investigated in the field of biochip (patent no. ZL201010157733.8) using the economic value evaluation method of the operation manual of the patent value analysis index system. Based on the patent operational experience in the biological field and the situation and characteristics in the biological industry, seven indicators were selected, namely, patent application, patent application scale, market share, competition situation, the applicability of the policy, the capacity of the patent holder, and patent needs. Detailed analysis was performed to evaluate the level of various pat-ent indicators to determine the economic value reasonably. A set of highly scientific and operable general evaluation methods of patent economic value were summarized according to the research results.
