美国NSF科研项目立项与专利信息关联关系分析的案例研究

         

摘要

专利信息作为科研项目产出在一定程度上代表了科研成果与科研水平,科研项目立项前往往通过专利信息分析进行技术发展定位,因此探究科研立项与专利信息的关联关系对科研项目管理具有重要意义.本文以美国NSF科研项目立项为例,选取燃料电池、碳纳米管技术和无线传感器网络技术作为数据样本进行案例分析,分别从年度申请趋势、申请机构和内容主题三个维度对相应技术领域的专利信息与科研项目立项信息进行了详细分析,通过相关系数计算和可视化图表方式,科学、直观地展现了各个研究角度的关联关系,并结合技术生命周期理论深入挖掘了科研立项与专利信息的关系,进而为科研项目立项提供了新的视角和依据.%Patent information,as the output of the scientific research project,represents the result and level of scientific research to a certain extent.Before the scientific research project initiation,patent information is used to analyze technology development,thus to explore the relationship of scientific research project and the patent information is meaningful for the scientific research project management.This paper takes the initiation of scientific researches NSF as an example,selects fuel cell technology,carbon nanotube technology and wireless sensor network technology as samples of case studies,and respectively makes detail analysis from aspects of yearly application trends,applicant organizations and theme of the content of three technical areas of patent information and scientific research project information,through correlation coefficient calculation and visualization of scientific graphically intuitive relationship showing various research angles.Combined with the technology life cycle theory to dig deeper into the relationship between the scientific research project and the patent information,provides a new perspective and basis for the scientific research project.
