The efficiency evaluation of virtual technology innovation team's knowledge flow is an important content of knowledge management, which is a complex process to deal with many uncertainties. With the comprehensive evaluation of the actual level and direct action of knowledge flow for thought, it constructs the knowledge flow efficiency evaluation index system from knowledge flow level, knowledge flows and knowledge stock growth three dimensions. It proposes using D-S evidence reasoning model that can deal with uncertain question effectively to evaluate, which integrate the evidence and evaluation subject opinions and discusses the concrete step of application for evidence theory.
