专利-论文混合共被引分析法的实现及其应用——以德温特专利数据库为例

         

摘要

专利文件作为集技术情报、经济情报、商业情报等于一体的知识载体,其各部分都有不同的情报价值.其中,专利引文中的专利、科学论文等,在显示该发明技术的先行科学或先行技术方面具有独特的功能.然而,目前常见的专利引文分析法、专利共被引分析法等,都无法满足专利、论文等的共同被引用分析.为此,结合德温特专利数据库的专利文件特征,笔者应用JAVA编程对数据进行了预处理,实现了被引专利、被引论文的格式标准化,进而计算了整体引文间的共现情况,输出了引文间的共现矩阵.之后通过将矩阵导入CiteSpaceII,完成了专利的混合共被引网络分析、聚类分析和聚类自动标引.最后,笔者以"纳米之父"Smalley R.E.的施引专利作为研究对象,实证检验了该方法在研究科学与技术间相互作用等方面的独特作用.%Patent document is a knowledge carrier containing kinds of intelligence,such as technique intelligence,economic intelligence, commercial intelligence and so on, which are all hidden in the parts of patent document. Among them, patents, papers or others in the part of citation, are the representation of prior art. However, the common citation methods can' t implement the co-citation between patents and papers together. So based on the knowledge structure of patent document in Derwent Innovation Index, the paper designs program to change the format of data to the standardized ones, and then calculates their co-occurrence to generate the co-occurrence matrix in order to meet the demands of further study with the CiteSpacell. With Hybrid documents network analysis, cluster analysis and automated labeling, the whole method is finished. In the last, the paper takes the patents citing Smalley R. E, the father of nanotechnology, as the datum to demonstrate its effectiveness, particular on the application in study the interaction between science and technology.
