本文将社会网络分析方法及可视化技术引入科技咨询专家库构建中,利用Visual Studio.net结合Silverlight可视化技术和SQLSERVER关系数据库技术设计并开发一个面向科研评价或管理机构及政府部门的、通用的专家库原型系统.该系统提供完备的专家信息基础、基于给定主题的专家查找、专家关系的查找以及专家间关联的社会网络分析和可视化,能提高专家查找的准确度和性能,方便用户直观、形象地把握专家间整体科研情况,辅助用户利用社会关系找到合适的科研合作者,或根据社会关系规避有利害关系的专家.为验证本文所开发的专家库原型系统的可用性与适用性,论文利用江苏省科技厅提供的一批图书馆、情报及文献学学科领域的专家数据,对系统提供的各种专家检索服务进行操作与运行,并展示与分析其可视化结果.%In this paper,we introduces social network analysis and visualization technique into the expert databaseconstruction and developed an all-purpose expert database prototype system catering to scientific evaluation and government sectors utilizing Visual Studio.net, Silverlight and SQL Server database. This system provides complete expert information basis, topic-based expert search, expert relation-based search and social network analysis and visualization of expert association, aiming to improve the accuracy and performance of expert search, so that the user can get a whole picture of expert research in a direct and vivid way. By looking into the inner social relations, users can find their prospective cooperator or avoid some stakeholders. To verify the usability and applicability of the system, an actual experiment was carried out: we use the expert data in the field of library, information science and documentation science supplied by the Office of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province to run all kinds of expert searches on the system and then to show and analyze the visualization results.
