在讨论企业实时交互网络与企业知识共享理论的基础上,选取中信通公司的企业QQ群聊天记录为研究对象,依据聊天记录的特点构建知识共享强度数学模型,并基于该模型对企业知识共享网络和企业知识共享内容进行社会网络分析,使用Ucinet和Netdraw两种软件对企业知识共享网络和企业知识共享内容进行定量化和可视化的处理,得出以下结论:知识共享强度数学模型具有较强的合理性,同时社会网络分析法能够有效地诊断企业知识共享状态,也能够引导企业知识共享过程.%This paper firstly discusses enterprise IM social network and the basic theory of enterprise knowledgernsharing. Then it selects enterprise QQ group records of ZPECICTD Company as the raw data, builds the mathematical model of knowledge sharing intensity in terms of records characteristics and applies social network analysis method to analyze enterprise knowledge sharing network and enterprise knowledge sharing content based on the model. Specifically it uses Ucinet and Netdraw to analyze knowledge sharing network and knowledge sharing content quantitatively and visually. In conclusion, the mathematical model is relatively reasonable and social network analysis method can effectively diagnose the enterprise knowledge sharing state and guide the enterprise knowledge sharing process.
