This research extends the occurrence theory study of Morris (including definition of matrix, datarnorganization form and extension coefficient) for multiple occurrences and improves the visualization technology of cross-map. Moreover, it establishes a set of analysis method for analyzing the status of scientific research in institutions based on multiple occurrences, and chooses National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences as a sample. In this analysis, the authors use multiple occurrences cross-map and extension coefficient for the statistics of multiple occurrences of entities in papers which were published by National Science Library between 2001-2010 . The results showed that this method can better reveal the status of scientific research in institutions, which including research subjects, research groups, the journal types of published papers, and the relationship between published year, researchers, research subjects, journals and citation frequencies.%本研究对Morris的共现研究理论进行了扩展(包括扩展至多重共现的矩阵定义形式、数据组织形式和延展系数的计算公式)以及交叉图可视化技术的改进,并设立了一套基于多重共现的机构科研状况分析方法,同时以中国科学院国家科学图书馆为研究样本,对机构的科研状况进行了分析.在分析当中通过多重共现交叉图的绘制、延展系数的计算,从单个论文特征项的统计、两个特征项共现及三个特征项共现多个方面对国科图2001~2010年发表论文的特征项共现关联及被引关联关系进行了分析.结果发现,该套基于多重共现的机构科研状况分析可以较好地揭示科研机构的科研状况,如研究的主题领域、研究团体、所发表论文的期刊类型,以及发文年份、科研人员、研究主题、发文期刊、被引频次等之间的关系.
