目的:基于对医学信息学学科结构的共词分析,比较几种常用可视化方法的特点.方法:套录PubMed数据库从2004~2008年医学信息学核心期刊上发表的文献,生成高频%Purpose:To compare three co-word visualization methods based on analysis of subject structure aboutmedical informatics. Methods; The bibliographic data of five medical informatics core journals were collected in Pubmed from 2004 to 2008. High-frequency Major MeSH words from the articles were extracted and the corresponding co-word matrix and word-paper matrix were constructed by BIOCOM. We explored visualization for the MI structure based on these matrixes by clustering, strategic diagram and social network analysis. Results; Structure and character of this subject were shown from different views by several methods. Conclusion; Cluster tree showed the subject structure, strategy diagram revealed the importance of topic themes in the structure, and social network map interpretted the internal relationship among themes.
