基于系统动力学的竞争情报流程研究

         

摘要

Due to the increasing complexity and dynamics of the environment, organizations run into severaldifficulties in their efforts to construct an efficient competitive intelligence process for timely, accurate, and relevant information. System dynamics is dominant to be a simulation methodology that deals with the dynamics of complex systems from a feedback perspective. Firstly, this paper summarizes the inadequacies of competitive intelligence analysis methods. Secondly, improving competitive intelligence through system dynamics based on analysis of problems of competitive intelligence four stages that direction, collection, analysis and intelligence dissemination. And then, a process of competitive intelligence is conceived by the procedure of system dynamics modeling. Subsequently, simulation experiment shows system dynamics as a method for competitive intelligence is appropriate and usefulness.%在面对复杂性与动态性不断增加的内部和外部环境,组织需要构建高效的竞争情报流程来获取及时、准确以及相关性强的信息,同时在这一过程中也有着诸多困难.系统动力学作为一种仿真方法有其自身的优势,因为它是从反馈视角出发去理解复杂系统的结构和动态行为特征.本文在总结常用竞争情报分析研究方法的不足之处的基础上,针对竞争情报流程中需求规划、收集、分析和传播四个阶段存在的问题,提出了借助系统动力学方法的改进,并构建了基于系统动力学建模过程的竞争情报流程.随后的仿真实验表明,将系统动力学方法运用到竞争情报活动中是适宜的,且有着广阔的前景.
