A father’s influence on women reflected the authority of the father and the husband in marriage. This situation changed in Tang Dynasty. Earlier interference in women’s affairs in marriage had been strong but was weakened later. The strong interference was based on a concept of ritual and etiquette and the husband’s reliance on women’s father. When the imperial examination became the major official selection system, this interference gradually decreased.%唐代本家与出嫁女关系的亲疏反映出父权和夫权对出嫁女生活的影响力，唐代本家对女性婚姻的干涉权经历了一个变化的过程。唐代前期，本家对出嫁女的婚姻生活拥有较强的干涉权，主要体现在情感支援、婚姻解除中的利益保护等方面，唐代中后期这种干涉权则相对减弱。唐代前期，本家对出嫁女婚姻的较强干涉权主要建立在礼法观念的承袭和夫家对女子本家利益依赖的基础之上，而唐代后期，随着科举制成为主要的选官制度，本家对女性婚姻生活的干涉权逐渐减弱。
