基于弥散场电容检测的原理设计了一种封装在柔性电缆中的粮食水分传感器,可分布安装在粮仓内对储藏的粮食进行水分在线监测.经过校正,可以实现储粮水分±0.5％以内的在线检测精度.%A grain moisture sensor,integrated into a flexible cable,was designed in this paper,according to the principle of dispersion field capacitance inspection.A number of such sensors could be used to monitor the moisture content of the grain online in the granary.After a calibration process,an error of ±0.5％ of moisture measurement was achieved.
