柠条锦鸡儿籽油超临界CO2流体萃取及成分分析

         

摘要

采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对柠条锦鸡儿籽油进行萃取,并运用响应面法优化工艺条件.同时采用HPLC - APCI - MS柱前衍生法分析柠条锦鸡儿籽油的组成.结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取柠条锦鸡儿籽油的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力35 MPa,萃取温度45 ℃,萃取时间70 min,在此条件下柠条锦鸡儿籽油萃取率为6.70%;柠条锦鸡儿籽油主要由不饱和脂肪酸组成,含量为71.84%,其中亚油酸与油酸含量最高,分别为51.79%和17.03%.%The Caragana korshinskii seed oil is extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid, and the technological conditions are designed by response surface method. At the same time,the components of Caragana korshinskii seed oil is analyzed by HPLC - APCI - MS column derivatization. The result shows that the optimal conditions are that; the extraction pressure is 35 MPa;the temperature is 45 ℃ ;and the time is 70 min. Under the optimal conditions, the oil extracting rate is 6. 70%. The Caragana korshinskii seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, and it can reach to 71.84% ,among which the linoleic acid and oleic acid are 51.78% and 17.03%.
