利用原位EBSD技术研究了铁素体不锈钢形变过程中组织和晶粒取向的演变过程.结果表明:随形变量的增加,小角晶界(1 °<θ<2 °)显著增多,大角晶界(θ>10°)保持相对稳定.当形变量<6%时,{100} <011>取向晶粒在轴向拉伸过程为稳定取向,而{111} <uvw>晶粒其扭伸轴取向向<100> - <101>连线方向转动一定角度(12 °<α<20 °).具有不同转动特点的晶粒之间相互作用,使晶粒向着晶面法向转动,形成粗糙表面.%Microstructure and grain orientation evolution below 6% tensile deformation of ferritic stainless steel were investigated by means of "in-situ" EBSD. The results show that low angle grain boundary (1° < θ <2°) was enhanced rapidly and high angle grain boundary (θ>10°) remained stable. { 100 } < 011 > oriented grains hardly changed orientation but tensile direction of { 111 } < uvw > oriented grains rotated about 12° to 20° toward < 100 > - < 101 > line in inverse pole figure. Grain scale roughening was caused by rotation between neighboring grains with different orientation.
