Parkinson's disease is a common neurodegenerative disease among elders.Except for the motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,it usually accompanies with a number of non-motor symptoms,such as constipation,sleep disorder and depression,and also some other comorbidities,such as diabetes,coronary heart disease,osteoporosis,etc.Comorbidities of Parkinson's disease usually affect the life quality,disability and mortality of patients,and increase the risk of polypharmacy and poor prognosis.Therefore,management of comorbidities of Parkinson's disease is critical for individual treatment of Parkinson's disease.This review will analyze and discuss the common comorbidities of Parkinson's disease.%帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的中老年神经系统退行性疾病,除了运动症状外,还经常伴有便秘、睡眠行为异常和抑郁等非运动症状以及糖尿病、冠心病、骨质疏松等其他多种共病.帕金森病患者的共病往往影响患者工作与生活质量、致残甚至致死,增加多重用药风险及不良预后,因此帕金森病的共病管理对于帕金森病个体化治疗至关重要.本文将对常见的帕金森病共病进行分析与探讨.
