With Anhui as the research object, the paper measures construction land use efficiency value from 2000 to 2012 by DEA model method;based on GIS, Jenks, trend surface analysis and local G*index to reveal the spatial difference of construction land use efficiency in Anhui. The results shows that: (1)during 2000~2012, construction land use efficiency was on the rise, during nearly 13 years efficiency increased by 31.5%, scale efficiency was the main affecting factors; (2) 2000~2012, construction land use efficiency presented an increase from east-west direction and “arch-shaped”distribution from south to north; (3)according to the local G*index divided four type of efficiency, the H-H area mainly is distributed in Wanjiang district, and the L-L area mainly in the north of Anhui. The research provides the beneficial reference for regional construction land use.%以安徽省为研究区,运用DEA模型测度2000~2012年区域建设用地利用效率;基于 GIS分析平台,运用 Jenks断裂法、趋势面分析、局域G*指数等方法对2000~2012年安徽省建设用地效率演变特征进行了分析。结果表明:(1)2000~2012年安徽省建设用地效率呈现出不断上升的趋势,近13年间效率上升了31.5%,规模效率是影响效率变化的主要因素;(2)2000~2012年建设用地效率演变呈现出东—西向递增,南—北向“拱”形分布;(3)根据局域G*指数划分效率4种类型区,其中效率H-H区主要集聚在皖江地区,L-L区主要集聚在皖北地区,研究为区域建设用地科学、合理利用提供有益的参考及借鉴。
