In recent years,secondary occupation education scale has been enlarged in Chongqing,and layout structure has been adjusted a lot,which appeals to people.But there are many problems in its curriculum system,its professional structure,which leads to bad employment.The article discusses the training objectives,training mode,construction of teachers,school evaluation and so on.Finally the paper puts forward the strategic connotation of developing the employment-oriented in Chongqing secondary occupation education.%近十几年来,重庆市中等职业教育的办学规模扩大、布局结构得到很大调整,越来越得到外界的关注。但是中等职教的课程体系设置、专业结构设置、培养模式的确定还存在着种种问题,不能很好地面向市场,面向就业。文章从培养目标、培养模式、专业设置、师资建设、学校评估等几个方面,论述了以就业为导向的重庆市中等职业教育发展的战略内涵。
