金刚砂胶球在火电机组冷端治理中的应用

         

摘要

Problems like the smudginess of the condenser,the rise of the back-pressure and the increase of the terminal temperature difference caused by the water quality of the recirculating water have influenced the efficiency of four 360MW sub-critical units in a power plant.Artificial flushing and a new-type method with the help of the emery rubber ball have been successively used to clean the titanium tube of the condenser,both of which have proved effective.A long period of operation has revealed both the disadvantages of the former such as its inconvenience and non-persistent effect and the advantages of the latter such as its convenience and lasting effect.Therefore,the latter is effective in improving economic benefits of the enterprise and reducing environmental pollution.%某厂4台360 MW亚临界机组因为循环水水质问题引起凝结器脏污、背压升高、端差变大,使机组效率受到影响.该厂先后采用了人工冲洗和使用新型金刚砂胶球清洗这两种方法,冲洗了凝结器钛管,均取得了较好的效果.但是经过较长时间的运行生产后发现,人工冲洗存在冲洗不方便、冲洗效果不持久的缺点,而金刚砂胶球清洗具有使用方便、凝结器清洁度可以持续保持的优点.使用金刚砂胶球清洗对提高企业经济效益,减少环境污染有积极效果.
