The grounding modes of the neutral point in power system are a teaching difficulty in the course of power supply and distribution technology for the major of electrical automation technology in vocational colleges.In order to make the teaching more effective,a teaching exploration has been made in the aspects of the concept of the neutral point,the classification of grounding modes,the comparative teaching method and the MATLAB /SIMULINK simula-tion.The practice has shown that the teaching measures can make the students effectively understand and grasp the basic knowledge and skills as well as laying a good foundation for them in the work of the installation,debugging, operation and maintenance in power supply and distribution system.%“电力系统中性点接地方式”是高职院校电气自动化技术专业供配电技术课程的教学难点。为提高教学效果，从中性点概念、接地方式分类、比较教学法、MATLAB／SIMULINK 仿真等4个方面对此进行教学探索。实践表明，这些教学措施能使学生有效地理解和掌握基本知识与技能，为从事供配电系统的安装、调试、运行与维护等工作打下良好基础。
