This article analyzes the current situation of the safety management of power supply enterprises for impor-tant(high-risk)power consumers.In addition,it discusses about relevant measures in the aspects of approvals of such power consumers,machine accounts,asset property rights,contracts of power supply and consumption,opera-tion and power business expansions.%分析供电企业对重要（高危）电力用户进行安全管理的现状，探讨供电企业为开展安全管理，在重要（高危）电力用户报批、台帐、资产产权、供用电合同、运行及业扩等方面采取的措施。
