This paper analyzes the scientific connotation of the long-term mechanism for the education of socialist core values in colleges and universities,presents the fundamental principles of its construction,and probes into relevant ways of the construction in three aspects of leadership,guarantee and appraisal mechanisms.%分析高校社会主义核心价值观教育长效机制的科学内涵，提出构建核心价值观教育长效机制的基本原则，并从高校模式的领导机制、保障机制、评价机制3个方面，探讨了高校构建社会主义核心价值观教育长效机制的实施路径。
