This paper analyzes the causes of the low-level sense of professional identity for hotel management majors in vocational colleges as well as putting forward relevant solutions like promoting people's cognition and understand-ing of service industries,choosing appropriate internship hotels for students,cultivating students'sense of profession-al identity during their internship,further strengthening the cultivation during their schooldays,creating a good social environment for service industries and perfecting the internship evaluation system.%分析高职院校酒店管理专业学生职业认同感低的原因,提出相应的对策,包括推动社会对服务行业的认知和理解,高职院校要注意对实习酒店企业的选择,酒店企业要注意在实习中培养学生的职业认同感、高职院校需要强化学生职业认同感的培养以便为服务行业创造良好的社会环境和完善实习评价体系等。
